FILE REQUIREMENTS

Design your parts correctly the first time.
WALL THICKNESS
≥ 1.2mm
Minimum wall thickness for structural integrity. Thinner walls may print but lack strength.
OVERHANGS
≤ 45°
Overhangs beyond 45° require support structures. Design chamfers where possible.
HOLE TOLERANCE
+0.2mm
Add 0.2mm to hole diameters to account for material shrinkage and layer adhesion.
FILE FORMATS
.STL .STEP .3MF
We accept STL, STEP, and 3MF. STEP preferred for engineering parts to preserve geometry.
LAYER HEIGHT
0.1 – 0.3mm
Standard is 0.2mm. Use 0.1mm for fine detail, 0.3mm for speed on non-critical parts.
INFILL DENSITY
15 – 100%
Standard functional parts use 20-40%. Structural load-bearing parts may require 60%+.
